How does everyone feel about FDR?

Just want to get opions because in school on friday we are putting on a mock trial, and i have to defend him and his new deal.....any points I should make ?

I suppose in the context of the american constitution/founding fathers, FDR was an unconstitutional president who did far more than he should have done: as a president of the US.
