me and my comrades here in the philippines are planning to send a letter to the government and the agency the controls college. we will let them know our concerns like privatization and lack of school subsidies and everything state scholars are suffering. i'd like to hear your ideas that might help us or warn us before we will send it.

Personally brother, I wouldn't send it
Just for the simple fact that they could track it back to you, and then they will begin to monitor your every activity, with the justification that u are a political instigator
Times are changing in the Philipines, especially with the rise of the NPA's influence throughout the island
If they perceive your letter as leftist, you could become a government target
Another option could be to sign the letter as anonymous
But IMO, I would withold the letter for personal safety
Good luck bro, and keep us informed

thanks comrade! we will be cautious in drafting the letter. we will try to make it innocent and anonymous.
we have a military captain that escaped his sentence for a coup and he is uniting the Filipino people in ousting the president and building a government of the people.

Good luck and be careful. Take every pre-caution. Even the ones that may seem like overkill.

Hello comrade!
Although I did'nt think of it before, you probably should send it anonymously. Also, be as polite as possible, check your grammar and spelling over a few times, and be very serious. But you know all that crap.
Take care of yourself, bro!
Peace!

And I will be the one to tell you not to waste your time. It will be ignored like others.
