Reading all these books on the war on Iraq and the US dissidence on Cuba, I have come to the conclusion that the US government only defends those 4 fundamental human rights only when the that 5th silence right is violated: the right to exploitation and special economical interests. The most obvious one of course is Iraq. The US defends "democracy" because Saddam Husseein´s regime was a roadblock to their economical interests. PLease post any ideas in correspondence to this :)
