Its crap. The FBI systamatically and illigally destroyed the Black Panthers. The Black Panthers were actually feeding poor people and doing alot of good in poor communities. At least she is in Cuba. Fidel has alot of experiance thwarting US backed assassins.

Well the black panthers were as has already been mentioned brutally taken out by the Americans, they were the last real big socialist movement to have a major impact in America, and were as aresult crushed and demonised. Well I'm sure that you have heard the whole defense from GWBush about his "surveillence"....so I wouldn't put it past them, I think the only thing that seperates the US from the Nazi's is the fact that the US is more secretive with there shit which is a lil bit more scarey I think....If you are a member of any groups, they may very well be keeping tabs on them and their members. When I first started coming on here, I was REAL paranoid about the government tracking me, my mom was even a bit freaked out! Big brothers eyes never close, look at all the cameras everywhere, in stores, parking lots, intersections.......they try to say it's for our own good, but I think there's alot more to it than that..........keep your eyes open, things are heading towards real strange times here in the US, guarantee you that.........if I weree you, before you joined those groups and all, you should have gotten a P.O Box under a dif name and registered yourself under a dif name......that's what I would have done.......I don't trust these pigs at all........just watch out for yourself hon and be careful what you say on the phone (that's one of the things GW is in trouble for is phone taps) have on your pc and any communications you have with those groups through e-mail and snail mail.

I researched this for some thing where I had to represent Cuba in a mock UN general assembly.

Evidence was ignored that proved she couldnt have fired a weapon or even left the car during the 'gun battle' that was alleged to have taken place.

One of the officers in the trial was found to have lied on three seperate occasions un cross-examination.

Most of them cross with coyotes or in boats, there's usually no fake ID involved. I think making a fake ID is alot harder than you think.

I would also know because I've been living in the real world for some time now. I think it's pretty common knowledge that's it not exactly easy to create a fake identity.

To be fair, it is not known wheter or not she pulled the trigger. There were two other BLA members in the car, one who died that night and the other has been in prison since the incident. Trooper Werner Foerster stopped the car on the NJ Turnpike for a broken tail light, a minor infraction when he found the registration did not match, after that it's not sure what happened.

I don't think Cuba would ever hand her over, and for New Jersey and / or the Feds to put a millon up to get her is just a complete waste of time because they will never get her.

She is also Tupac Shakur's god-mother and friends with Afeni, his mother, and Mutulu, who was his step-father and Afeni's husband.
