A home-made bomb exploded yesterday at 25 de Março Street, centre of São Paulo, Brazil. 15 people were wounded, mostly camelôs and bystanders. Two people remain in hospital, though it seems they aren't in risk of dying.

The police seems to be still at a loss about it.

25 de Março Street is a place famous for its semi-legal street commerce. It is usually very crowded.

The police now believes that it might have been done by smugglers, as a warning to federal cops to stay out of their activities.
