hello, i am kurdish most people haven't heard of us because we dont have a country. "kurdistan" consists of parts of iran iraq syria and a big part of turkey. The kurd have struggle against the turks for a long time with no real achievement accept that the turks only now recognise us. The USA and others wont let a kurdistan be form only because it will be lefty and they might control alot of the oil in the area. My point is that no matter how hard u try in non violent revolution u will not get any were the only way is by force because so were in this world there is a country which will oppose the leftist idea.

Welcome to the board Comrade :) and don't worry we know about Kudistan and the struggle of the Kurdish people. A few members have their signature, as you do, dedicated to your struggle. Many people support your cause, and it is truly sad that America allows Turkey to bomb your people (umm take this as me saying waht I know in addtion to waht you said, not as me patrionizing). Keep up the struggle and never give up comrade! We support you (or atleast the leftists here do ;) )

Welcome IP!!
I am kurdish as well(well, half kurdish).
Now we're 3 kurds on this board...and I thought I am the only kurd online...
Do you really support the PKK?In my opinion in the beginning the organization was good, but in the late 80's they became a puppet of the syrian gov.
And from what I know APO is a stalinist, extremely authoritan. Have you read some books by Selim cürrükaya?

Good to see another Kurdish comrade here. I really hope the Kurdish people get decent treatment after (and during) this piece-of-shit war.

Freedom for Kurdistan.

(I am not the other Kurdish comrade by the way, that's Hawar, you better look out for him though, he's bneing corrupted by the Welsh).

allrrit bouyo ow you doin?

first of all i would like to welcome IP to this board, i hope i will see alot more of you in the future, please do not be afraid to share your views with the rest of the community and take no shit from anyone stick to your oppinions friend.

how are things in north kurdistan ( i dont like to use the term turkish kurdistan)? i presume this is where you are from. for the record, APO (mentioned in IP's sig) is the leader of the PKK (Kurdish workers party) who is still fighting for the freedom of the kurds living in the north. he has been captured and imprisoned after a laughable trial, he is like a kurdish mandela only less news worthy.

finaly i would like to thank canikickit and my fellow comrades for their kind words

thank you

welcome IP. enjoy the board, post to your hearts desire.

i would like to take this time, also, to say a little something. i have posted time and time again against the future war against iraq, but i would like to say that i write and feel this way because, i feel, that it will not help many of the current hardships that the people feel. more of a pro-justice stance. not peace to keep the status quo, but pro-justice for the revolutionary change of the people that need it, whether it be the kurds or any other oppressed group. i write this because i fear that people may take my previous posts, mostly in OI, wrongly.

I am a Lefty with my own idea. Very few people here are Marxist-Leninists if you read into them or ask them. I am communist and leave it at that for the most part!

Its well known that APO killed many of the fighters which made hunger strikes in prison. Most of these people(among them selim cürrükaya) started to ask questions, and APO didn't like questions...
And from what I#ve read, he fought for the syrians, not for us.
But he as achieved much more than many others.

I'm really sorry that people aren't paying enough attention to the oppression that the kurds are victims of, does anyone have any ideas about how we can raise this issue? perhaps if war does happen we can have a demo and show to the world that people other than Kurds believe they should have their own country, but please don't try force unless you are sure that it will have an effect, needless terrorism is a horrible thing (and I wish the US would stop comminting acts like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

there are many lovely people here on this board, people who care about other people's rights so i do not include you when i say that most people do not really care if some people living a couple of thousand miles away are given freedom or not.

this is my opinion anyway, maybe i have come to this conclusion because of the continued oppression we have suffered, i dont know.

an iranian guy came into the shop where i work and asked where i was from, i told him kurdistan and he started talking to me in arabic. i told him i dont speak arabic and he asked me why i dont speak my own language. i told him i do, i speak kurdish. anyway we had a huge argument and i really wanted to hit him but i thought it would be bad for publicity, so i spat in his baguett. does KURDISH spit taste good you fucking prick? your ancestors were kurdish you fucking clown.

To what deimos said about apo fighting 4 the syrians his pkk group was based there 4 years but i dont think he was fighting 4 them. And that thing u said about apo killing the hunger strikers i didn't get it can u explain again.
I have just thought of a way to crush the turks, turkey relays on its tourism alot so if its tourism was low turkey will pull out on fighting the kurd because thet wouldn't be able to efford it, heres another fact 80% of tourist that go to turkey are from britain so if we start a campaign to "persuade" people not to go there its game over for the turks. And victory to the kurds

I don't know wether it's true that APO was fighting for the syrians, I read it in a book. APO killed the hunger strikers, because they started to doubt his ideology. For instance, APO said that a relationship between man and woman was bad, both genders should be seperated. He is also extremely militaristic and unhuman(according to Selim Cürrükaya)
