The NYC transit strike has been averted, but as I was reading the brief from CNN, something caught my eye. Here's the link:

Note that the negotiator on behalf of the workers states that the union is pursuing cooperation, not confrontation. :ph34r: To me, that quote right there exposes more than enough reason to reject this contract, and this negotiating team.
The sad part is, this isn't even a great contract for a major public sector union.
