Jan 5th 2001-two ambulances, while responding to a call in ramallah were confiscated, by the IDF, at gunpoint and stripped of everything. the md\edics were forced out and beaten and forced to lay on the street. another ambulance, dispatched to respond to the loss of contact with the other two was also taken and the medics were given the same treatment.
March 19, 2001- at an Israeli checkpoint an ambulance, transporting patients to the Hadassah hospital, the employes were then tortures and forced to sign a document in hebrew.
May 16 2001,-when attemting to pick up a critticcly injured patient, the 3 medics were taked out of the ambulance and repetedly struck with rifle butts and threated with their death and broke one of the medics hand. they were then detained and only through the efforts of the international red cross were thwey released.
Decemebr 7 2001-an ambulance transporting a pregnat woman to Al-Razi near Jenin had a sound bomb fired at it after it had been stopped at a chechcheckpoint, damaging the nervous system of everone inside.
