4th geneva convention art. 33
"no person shall be punished for an offense he or she has not personally comitted. Collective Penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or terroisim are prohibited

Violation: Foricibly demolishing homes of relatives of suicide bombers
closure of palistinian schools for 3 years during the 1st intifada
shelling and bombing of highly pached, dense residential areas


4th convention, art 39
no one shal be prevented from reaching his/her paid employer/employment.

Violation:inmany areas Israel has implemented a 24 hour curfew preventing the reaching of jobs by employees and subsequently the loss of money.


convention 49
art :an occupier does not have sovernigty over an occupied territory.

Violation:Israel has illeagally annexed all of jurasalem.

Art 2:occupying power shall not have a transefer of civialians(a.k.a settlers) into the occupied territory.

Violation: multiple settlements and bypass rads and chaeckpoints all occupied by Israli settlars illeagally living there

beleive me that is but just a taste of the war crimes and attrocities that Isreal has commited since 1948. maybe next-time i'll post some more

many countries don't reckognize the Geneva Convention, like the US. UN resolutions are pointless unless they come from the Security Council ( even then most of the time they,re pointless) because the UN's GA makes non binding resolutions. The US is a perm member of the security council and has veto power over any resolution, which it uses often on resolutions condemning Israel.
