LANSDALE, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania student is off the hook after the American Civil Liberties Union defended his right to wear a political T-shirt to school.

Chris Schiano's T-shirt said "International Terrorist" and had a picture of President George W. Bush.

A security guard at his high school north of Philadelphia told him to take it off. He refused.

Schiano said he's well versed in the First Amendment. He said he "knew right off they had no legal footing to stand on."

Just because he calls Bush an international terrorist doesn't mean he should be posting here.

Im not saying everyone should post here, or posting here should be limited. I am just saying that because of one action that may or may not have just been a prank/joke does not mean he should be thought of "Wow cool, he must be a leftist!"

It probably wasn't a joke. Those shirts are sold by leftists to leftists, I've seen lots of leftists wear them.

Same thing happened to me!

Well in any case, I wore my "Meet the Fuckers" shirt with Cheney/Bush on it. Nobody really cared. I thought it was quite fun.
