Someone posted this in the photo thread, and although its from a film, I love it to death. I rarely get to see such a loving photo involving communism. I have plenty of pictures of Che and Marx and Castro etc etc etc on my computer but other then leftist theorist and leaders I don't have alot of pictures of the people themselves.

So I'm looking for anything like celebrations, marches, anything with large crowds supporting communism.

BTW, does anyone know how I could see this movie (Machuca)? It has never been released in America.

"Machuca"

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0378284/

I was actually able to download this. If anyone wants it, I'd be willing to upload. But the film is in Spanish (I don't even speak Spanish myself, but I'll watch just for the images and such).

Is file sharing permitted here?

Anyways, great pictures guys. Keep em coming if you find anymore. The one with the women of Viet Nam is especially great!

BTW, how big are the National Bolsheviks?

They are. Nazi flag with a Hammer and Sickle in place of the swaztika.

Uhh... but isn't the Swastika the part that defines the fact that's it's a Nazi flag?

Anyway, nice photos, especially the ones with children. It's a nice comparison to dead children under the American flag.

Those guys are National Bolsheviks, its the name of a Russian Nationalist, xenophobic, anti-semitic, fascist and the hammer and sickle is a nationalist symbol....its basically the Russian form of a Nazi.

Yes, I know who the National Bolsheviks are. However... the Hammer and Sickle is a nationalist symbol? I thought it represented the unity of farmers and industrial workers? :huh:

The hammer and sickle is a symbol used to represent communism and communist political parties. It features a sickle superimposed on a hammer. The two tools are symbols of the industrial proletariat and the peasantry respectively; placing them together symbolises the unity between agricultural and industrial workers.

To these Russians, its a nationalist symbol, thats why they use it as one, it has more than one universal meaning you know.

Anyone else see the National Bolsheviks pathetic attempts to gain support;
they have models posing for them at protests, and they think this will get men interested in the program so Liminov can lead a Blanquist putsch. Sad really.
