Well this is what happens when you're fond of the outdoors and don't like to buy equipment or haul heavy backpacks.
I found this design a while ago, it's for an alcohol stove that can be made out of a coca-cola type can, it burns methylated spirits or any other high-grade alcohol (grain spirit or even white rum!)

It's not difficult to make and it takes less than 10 minutes if you're quick about it.
