I have been looking into one of America's so called " Greatest presidents " I have been looking at unbiased information about him. I have found the following:
1. Reagan gave money to the Contras, a terrorist group in Nicuargua who formed against the Sardinistas, the coalition of leftist groups who had been encouraging social programs and economic reconstruction, and also fought against fascists backed by USA, Somoza, who is rumored to have killed thousands.
2. Reagan created the budget deficit, a problem that has plauged America since the 80s with its coming into infamy by Reagan.
3. REAGAN SUPPORTED THE ABOLITION OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT:
"If it takes a bloodbath, let's get it over with!"
Gov. Ronald Reagan (1970)
Source: Reagan's response to student unrest.
This is against all the "rights" that my country believes in.

Reagan was a pinhead....... he is the greatest president cuz liberated so many nations from socialism..... but all those nation are now poor and ungry so how did he saved them? he is just like every american president a nobody . if you took sociology your find out that america is run by elite families. they say who get capitalize and who doesnt . it all about how they can make the most money. in latin american there was 76 US intervision . and all the country liberated from those so call rebels are still poor still unemployed.. while the USA is getting stronger. so reagan a great president . reagan just a pip head like bush . like all the capitalist president. the only way out is socialism QUE VIVA LA REVOLUCION.

I find it deeply ironic that Reagan called for a war on drugs while the "founding fathers" of Nicaragua, his beloved Contras have the most responsobility for the crack epidemic throughout places like LA.

Also the Guatemalan natives, as well as Salvdorian peasants were slaughtered by the tens of thousands by US backed Death Squads.

With Clinton, he balanced out the budget, But Reagan overspent his private war machine.

I like how he had an agreement with the ayahtollah not to realease the hostages until jimmy carter was out of office. He also was obviously crazy, and based his reality on movies he saw. (so my mother told me once)

Let's not go throwing around "fascist" unless its true, m'kay? The man was a bad president, even by the the standards of those that followed, but I doubt he was a fascist. Authoritarian capitalist does not equal fascist.

against the Sardinistas,
That's Sandinistas
Don't forget that when the SLA kidnapped Patty Hearst and demanded that her rich father give food to poor people in California, Regan said "I hope they [the poor people receiving the free food] get botcholism" .. if you didn't know botcholism is food poisining.
Here's some more..
"... the right-wing Reagan administration, which vehemently supported the racist apartheid regime in South Africa and labeled Nelson Mandela's African National Congress a “notorious terrorist organization.” And that's just one of many.
During his 1966 campaign for Governor of California, the New Republic pointed out that “Reagan is anti-labor, anti-Negro, anti-intellectual, anti-planning, anti-20th century.”
Reagan campaigned against things like the civil rights movement, the peace movement, and the student rights movement, and his support for “states rights” served to let the right-wing know he was ready to carry out their racist agenda. "

Please don't abuse the word fascist? It makes it sound stupid when everyone throws around that word.
