Some questions about Russian communism and quotes

And also, I was reading a website about Communism or maybe a book and I recall reading something about a popular Communist phrase being popularized when it was written in the last letter right before a prominent communist leader died(my first guess is it was Lenin or Stalin?)

I know the second question is vague but maybe someone can identify that phrase.

It was actually to the Menshevik party, a faction to which Trotsky once belonged - 'you are pitiful isolated individuals; you are bankrupts; your role is played out. Go where you belong from now on—into the dustbin of history!'

I think you're probabaly refering to Lenin's 'Last Testement' (http://www.marxists.org/archive/lenin/works/1922/dec/testamnt/index.htm) though I don't know which phrase you're refering to...

Nah, haha. Joe Hill was a great man but that is not it.

And I don't know what that was.. I read it somewhere, not sure.
