this is the grossest thing i've ever seen anyone film in a while. the premise is a bunch of chumps go out, fuck with bums(crackheads, alcoholics, etc) and film it. they beat them up, hogtie them, light them on fire, and commit a bunch of other atrocities. i was unwillingly exposed to it last night at my friend's when her shroom dealer was over and insisted we watch it. fucking gross and exploitative and cruel. sure, these people are almost all useless and wasted but the least one can do is treat them with dignity. i am utterly repulsed by people who get a kick out of this kind of shit.

A segment of "bumfights" called " Bum Hunter" has a rip off of that Australian 'Crocodile Hunter'.
Basically these well fed jerks head out into the night with their cameras and lights and find some lumpenproletarians sleeping rough and pounce upon them, hog tie 'em with zip strips and duct tape their mouths, all the while a 'croc hunter' lookalike narrates the "action" in a fake Aussie accent.
Their victims are obviously scared sh*tless.
The "bum hunter" guys are up on charges so we will see what happens.

They also pay a homeless alcoholic Vietnam vet 20$, some beer, and a blow job from a crack hooker to tatoo "bumfights" on his face.
And he did it.

Watching this crap made me feel really depressed.

Why am I not surprised it was filmed in Orange County, California? I think someone here should hire some bums, arm them with AK-47s and have them barge in on the guys who made 'Bumfights' and hog tie/torture them, film all that and then sell it :)

Yea I saw this and sadistically funny, but by the end u do realise what a bunch of sad and disgusting people tehy are (not the bums) Something similar was where they put prisoners in a bull ring in spain and tied some euro notes to the bulls horns. Dozens were hurt or injured and it was pretty damn sickening. Nobody got the moeny either.

I wacthed a documentary about 'bumfights' and all the le it brought the 'filmmakers'.
