I don't know what the differences are, don't they both have to do with workers taking control of the means of production.
(And please correct ym spelling, I know its wrong but I had a brain fart at the time I was spelling it)

syndicalism is the focus on labor organization (mainly militant unions) in order to get out of capitalism. if your talking about De Leonist type syndicalism, he wanted labor unions and a political party to help defeat capitalism and let the workers control production. however anarchist syndicalism is the focus of anarchism in the labor area specifically in unions. anarcho syndicalists see unions as grounds for revolution.
