Does anybody know a company that I could contact that would be willing to mass-print Communist Manifestoes, or order them en masse for a relatively low price?

What purpose are you seeking to use these for? If you just want a lot of cheap copies to distribute then I would say go with Companero's suggestion. However, Haymarket Books (haymarketbooks.org) just came out with a GREAT annotated version of the Manifesto that features the Manifesto, commentaries, annotations and a few other select works by Marx and Engels. It is edited by Phil Gasper :) which makes it one of the few mainstream Manifesto versions with a pro-Marxist editor/commentator. Its not cheap though, so it may be more for personal reading for comrades out there. Unfortunatly the Haymarket website is down at the moment :'(
