Seize The Time Maoist Radio is up!

The Seize the Time Radio Collective recently launched "Seize the Time," a new, full-length revolutionary news, commentary and music program. "Inspired by the Maoist Internationalist Movement, Seize the Time supports the struggle against imperialism, against patriarchy, and against all oppression. We fight for communism, for the revolutionary transformation of society to end all oppression, of nations by nations, groups by groups, and people by people." News stories and commentaries are mostly drawn from mimnotes.info.

Fuck me, now we have to listen to the fascistic spew that MIM comes out with on the airwaves!

It's strange though that a radio station now exists for only a couple of burnt out middle class ex-Maoists who have now gone senile and now proclaim enslaving a good 40-50% of the worlds population in concetration camps as their ideology.

Sorry, but Ill give your station a pass, Im more interested in the struggles of the working class and not the ranting and 'theoretical statements' made by middle class ex-student protestors who now have the fucking nerve to label factory workers as part of the capitalist class despite the fact that MIM is famous for being a collective of middle class non-entities with no real use or any future.

Excuse MIM for observing logic.

I know its so 'fascistic' to believe the richest 15% of the world population are NOT part of the working class. That's right, Amerikkkans who's largest cause of death is the overconsumption of food, tobacco, alcohol, and drugs is the poor proletarian compared our class enemy: person that dies from starvation every 3.6 seconds.

Excuse me for revealing your white chauvanism and obvious first world nationalist tendencies.

What do you know about MIM? Nothing. So what do you make up lies. MIM was formed in the 80s not the 60s.

Why do you make up lies? What are you talking about MIM is one of the few parties that did not form from the left over student movement in the 60s. If you want to talk about worshiping old people from the SDS, take a look at almost every party except MIM. MIM was formed in the 80s and had no organizational connection to that movement; read their party history.

MIM discusses line, you talk gossip. I do not take you as a serious revolutionary.

Thanks for that. It is working now.

Not a bad job on making a radio programme. I'd prefer to listen to this than most of the popular commercial radio stations we have to listen to in Western society.

Please don't do that coz you will be wasting you time for nothing.

First, they will ban you and then they will delete all those posts which they find it difficult to answer.

There is an estimate of 30 million deaths attributable to Mao during the "Great Leap Forward."

That kinda ruins his credibility for me.

This information is known and I am sure with a little digging you could get a detailed explanation.
I saw it just last night in last months "National geographic" which was for sale at my local drug store. There is an article about genocide in the 20th century and it looked like Mao's bodycount had Stalin and Hitler beat hands down.

Edit: Here is some that I found by typing "Mao genocide" in google :
Harry Wu Exposes China's Nazi-like Genocide
WASHINGTON – The late Chinese communist dictator Mao Zedong “ranks right up there with Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler because of the way he methodically damaged an entire people.”

So says Chinese dissident Harry Wu. He should know. He was a prisoner of China’s labor camps for years. His book “Troublemaker” gives the reader a chilling expose of the butchery that goes on in those camps and the elaborate methods used to disguise them so as not to attract attention in the Western world.

“Mao killed just as many people as Hitler, maybe even more,” Wu says. “He intentionally sought to destroy the traditional Chinese family system because it is inherently subversive to the collective Communist utopia.” Moreover, Mao was responsible for millions of deaths “as a result of his lunatic agricultural policies.”

Hitler carefully used euphemistic phrases such as “final solution” (extermination of the Jews). Mao’s code language was “Take Revolutionary Action.”

Harry Wu knows firsthand what that meant. Translated, it was an order to the Red Guards on the night of Aug. 18, 1966 to go “rampaging through the city, killing whoever displeased them, 1,741 in all,” just in that one day alone.

Thats taking things way out of the context of reality and especially out of national and economic boundaries. Yes, an American worker may make more than an African worker in raw $$$s, but that ignores the fact that within his own society the American worker is still denigrated, exploited and his income usually does not translate to the lavish lifestyle you seem to beleive it does.

Actually, MIM has addressed all of this a zillion times. And, it is just plain false on the face of it.

You don't want to go by income? Ok, fine. Why don't we talk consumption? Or household items? No matter how you measure it, it is going to come to the same general conclusion. Amerikans are at the very top of the heirarchy of wealth. Actually, amerikans do have a lavish lifestyle by world standards. And, if you think otherwise then you should do some reading.

But still, there is no equality, right?
