I thought it was more anarchic, page 22 seemed to be anti-communism.

Anti-politics and action without representative is principles that have been better preserved within the anarchist movment, but Marx himself often pointed out the important of this attitude. Unfortunatly the more insurrectionist and anti-political line where largely lost in the marxist movment at the time of the second international and the russian revolution. They have been somewhat revived in later years though.

And anarchism is not anti-communism anyway. Anarchist called themselfs communist before there even was any marxism. They also strive toward the same goal (communist society) as the rest of us.
