With the government about to fall on monday here in canada, we must start uniting, and fighting towards the election, as this is when we are going to be heard, with all of the scandals the ppl are now more then ever leaning left, and we must be there with open arms, they will either vote NDP, or CPC, the cpc-ml is not what is needed, all they promote is hardial bains, who has done shit in whatever way u look at it, the CPC is a pure communist organization, now iam not saying that Stalinism is bad, because the cpc-ml is a stalinist group, but when u worship a guy like bains then yes its not any good, so i urge all who read this to contact there local club or branch of the CPC, and let us unite for the election!!!

I use to be an electoral “impossibilist”. Now I see reform as a valid means under popular support to an extent. Like Chavez and the Movement for the Fifth Republic. The problem for Canada is that there is no socialist party built along these lines. The CPC-ML is a joke, the CPC is solely reformist, and there is only a brief time before the election. The only way the proletariat is going to get a voice in Canada any time soon is if they “fuck some shit up”.

Who cares if the so-called Liberals lose power. Governments may fall, but capitalism stays. If elections ever threatened the capitalist system, they would be banned.

Capitalists are not that stupid that they would build a political structure that would allow for them to be voted out of existence.

How about struggling to get people to boycott this farce of an election?

More effective that giving support to some clueless reformists (CPC) or outright anti-leftist capitalists such as the NDP.

Even if the CPC got one MP into the talking shop that is Canada's parliament, it won't see the abolition of capitalism or the membership of the CPC increase in huge numbers.

If people vote NDP, then they are not going to the Left, just voting for another capitalist party.

He never reached out to the working class, never made an impact on Canada, never built upon marxist or communist theory.

However neither have the ultra-reformist sell outs of the CPC.

They are just as insignifcant.

I mean 'official' communism, the section of the global communist movement that followed the USSR right up until 1991 (yup, even under that dickhead, Gorbachev), has proven itself to be a monumental failure.

Yet the CPU$A and the CPC want to impose the same mistakes on the U$A and Canada as happened in the former USSR in the 1970 and 1980s.

Did you people know that the CPC, CPB and CPU$A all support the current capitalist regime that labels itself communist in China!

Forget the fake socialism of the USSR, it had and has nothing to offer the working class.

Why not begin to build a real revolutionary, real communist and totally democratic (inner-party democracy etc...) mass party of the working class???
