Venezuela’s political crisis
Chávez: strike is dead
CARACAS — Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez declared victory yesterday over a two-month opposition strike and demanded punishment for its organizers, while his foes flocked to sign a petition calling for early elections to oust him.

yeah, I heard that he declared a victory over the opposition, but I haven't heard a lot about what's going on there in recent days. Do you know if the daily protesting has continued? Or if it has slowed down a little? thanks :)
