LOL!!!!!! That is my own concocted pick-me-up. I call it The Elixir of Zartang

Well I was thinking martial arts can give us a bit more self-confidence. We don't have to be super experts like Bruce Lee. Hell, I'm no expert myself but it gives me much confidence and it helps me enjoy life.

Basic self defense is okay but in a revolution guns will play the biggest part.

Of course a martial art can save your life in close combat but not from a bullet or explosion.
