I have been studying theoretical physics just for the hell of it, and I can't really understand twistor theory.
Twistor theory was thought up by a man named Roger Penrose, who is a filthy sadist that uses incomprehensible math to torture his students. I mean, he's a reknown physicist.
I kinda understand spinors (as a double), but it seems like there is more to it than that.
And is a spinorfield just a collection of spinors? Or just a double referencing to the spinor?
And what the hell is the nabla (or del if you wish) in the twistor equation supposed to be?
