A Chinese scholar said,A man should understand the meaning of culture(I think it's national most possible ) before he start to be a commie.
I want to know what's your opinion about this sentence.

I think he had a point, however this can't be taken as uniform. Many people who are anti-communist are ignorant, uneducated and are only interested in sex, drugs, getting drunk, rock music etc etc. But if you can get past all that, you inevitably start to wonder about deeper, more important things in life (such as culture, philosophy).
