Hi iv just joined and am anxious to be accepted. I am currently studying philosophy and have recently done a topic on political philosophy which included Marx. I'd never read any of his books before and was so taken aback that i agreed passionately with every single word he'd written. This is what lit the flame of communism inside me and since i have been reading any leftist material i can get my hands on. I cant get enough and am hungry to learn more, but at the same time i realise that my main objective is not the accumilation of information, but to act with true revolutionary spirit. The idea of a network of leftists from all over the world really excites me and i'd love to get to know you.

Welcome :). I fell in love in Marx initially as well, he inspired me to read philosophy. If you want leftist writings try the philosopher and theory forum's stickied lists.

I would also suggest you try reading some Anarchism, Leninism, Trotsky, Maoism etc. Plus the Redstar2000 papers are very good and a particular favourite of mine. If you have both the time and enthusiasm to read everything, you may as well read everything because the more ideas about Communism you read, the more able you will be to determine your own personal variation of Communist theory.
