I think I have found a new home forum.

I accidentally found this site when looking for some information on Che and the foundation of beliefs that he held.

I honestly am not sure where I stand. I hate facism, Im disgusted by corporate domination and everything sponsored by it. (especially wal-mart) Either way I was raised in Christian home however do not hold any ties to my upbringing other then a do good unto others attitude. I used to study Leninism and found it to be very appealing and intelligent. The community here seems strong and willing to support with any questions I may have in turn to finding what is right for my belief system. Im just glad a site like this exist. So I guess im just saying Hello to everybody :)

No proper introduction is withoutout describing a generalization of who a person is. I am a music junkie.

I am overly obessesed with deep house music and many forms of Indie Rock.

I am unemployed due to political views regarding my employers choice not to hire workers who were not white. I will not get into details but there was a long drawn out process in which I ultimately lost.

I am an avid sim racer, Im not sure what some would think of that but I do have an addiciton to racing games, and I made a new car for this site ;) I will post images once it is completely done.

Thats exactly what we need - more rebels, true rebels. Fair play. ;)

I like racing games over any other, but im not that big into computer games now. Maybe when I get enough time, If I started, Id never stop. You know the way.

What sort of car? freshly generated, generated from a computer game - or, of course a physicaly real car - be it dinky or a full scale revolutionary god?

Now that I have time to do so I can get abit more into detail on my tales of equality.

I used to be the manager for a nursery. The owner of the nursery was and older christian lady. One day I was handed a series of applicants to review and hire for three new positions within the company. After breaking this down I called several applicants into the office for a Interview. Of the applicants the ones I found to be most qualified for the work were indeed hispanics. So I called them into the office again for a second interview with the owner. After they came in that day, me and her sat down to discuss which ones we would like to hire, to my amazment she stated that none of the applicants could be hired. When I demanded reasoning for this a discussion of immigrant domination of the workforce took place, she then told me that a language barrier would also be an issue because the applicants although knew english were not fluent enough to her liking.

I then broke this discussion down that by denying them employment was against US Policy based on discrimination per race. I also implied that being I knew a minimal amount of spanish that I'm sure the language barrier can be taken care of. She stated that she did not care and no dirty spic would be hired. I became livid jutted off a series of insults in which I managed to call her a Nazi "oops" Well within a week of this conversation I was demoted and my management position stripped. I took the case to LNI and the State of Washington Emloyment office who said they would look into it. After being demoted my pay and hours were also cut down. Finally one day after the abuse I was taking I informed her that I was taking the case to LNI and OSHA due to several safety violations I had been aware of but chose to ignore during the time of my management. Before I knew it I was "let go" along with another emloyee for supposed company downsizing however when I returned for my final check she had indeed hired new individuals to take mine and the other emloyees spot. LNI never did anything it seems like my claim was literally ignored because the business was respected in the community and that all actions I had taken after being fired were considered retaliatory. I know OSHA did come in and slapped them with several fines and I know the business has been hurting since only the future will tell what is going to happen. I am just glad I do not work for a racist company anymore but ever since the loss of that job finding new work has become increasingly difficult.
