Democratic Marxism is another word for ‘reform communism’ or in reality revisionism. It rejects core tenets of Marxism such as class struggle and the dictatorship of the proletariat.
"Democratic marxism" has nothng to do with "reform communism"/"reform socialism".
Marxism sees the end of class struggle in the formation of absolute democratic society and in direct democracy. That's why marxism may be called "democratic", which is -- in fact -- one of its main premises.
By the way: dictatorship of the proletariat = workers' democracy
