does anyone else has problems (at least sometimes) to view sites? sometimes i cannot even view che-lives.com
i mean is there a censurship that wants me to stop viewing sites i want to because it is my opinion?
who censurs sites anyways?

there are numerous possibilitys, 1. computer is being a shit
2. there are ppl monitering ur sites u go on
and the most unlikey one would b stupid "authoritys" surfing the web and blocking sites for a period of time making u think that they r permantly banned

It depends on where you are. Here in China it happens all the fucking time, they even blocked Google for a while untill an international outcry caused them to reverse that policy.
I've used anonymous surfing sites and seen them blocked within hours of my first login, which means they probably monitor any sites that are accessed for the first time from China.
There are over 50 different Internet Police Units in China, with god knows how many cops working full time on blocking anything disagreeable. Mostly it's Falun Gong shit, I have to restart my internet connection if I even type those words into Google, which is frankly a work of technological genius. I just cannot fathom how that works, but it's a fact.
