The strike has been going on for over a week now. If they give in, Gordon Campbell will be able to walk all over anyone he wants to! We have to show our support to the teachers! The labour movement is growing, and the more the merrier!
Tomorrow (Oct. 19) Is the day for Northern BC to show their support. All unionized, and even non-unionized workers should come out and show their support!
Thursday (Oct. 20) Is the day for the Okanagan to show their support. Same deal.
No matter where you live though, contact MP's, or just anyone who will listen. Rally with the teachers. Let's show the "liberal" government that the labour movement is real, and it starts with the teachers.
