Hello all,
My name is Xero. Now obviously that's not my real name, but that's what you will know me as until you earn my trust. I can tell you, however, that I live in Illinois, so if there are any fellow comrades in Illinois, I'd love to know it.
I'm a bit young compared to any of you, but I can proudly say that I'm mature for my age.
I'm an Anarchist, but largely respect the principles of Communism.
I found RevLeft from a link posted on CriticalSecurity.NET. I quickly fell in love with the place and decided to register. I do hope I learn a lot more about revolutionary history and idealogies.
Thanks,
---Xero---

Hey...a newcomer? That so, huh? ;)
Well, I guess I have to welcome you then...Comerad
Although, however, your assumption of Communist's bein' different than Anarchist's is not 'sactly true; We're not any different at core - We just GREW different, as friend's goin' seperate path's. Anarchists denying Marxist-thought as things automatically going towards Communism/Socialism and staying true to statelessness, whilst the 'Communists' - atleast those who went totalarian - wanted to conquer the world in the name of socialism THEN change it to no stateness... Whilst we -ARE- the same, it's literally impossible for one to support the other whilst being one; Since there's no practical difference except how it is introduced and who it benefit's; 'Cept, technically, Both are stateless and capital-less...and with communes of equal's - The difference is "Communists" as "they"'re come to be known are totalarians bent on making a united alliance warirng Capitalism, from a proletar's viewpoint benefittin', and "Anarchists" are come to known to be more libertarian one - based on individual-reason's and anti-hierarchy; But the RESULT is the same...we want to end this, and Socialism or not, we're gettin' there :D

Anarchists regarding communism as something other than their own are wrong. We are both communists. What you seem to be against is leninism.

My problem with one of the Communist goals is setting up this Dictatorship of the Proletarian. I understand that in the end, yes, Anarchists and Communists wish to accomplish a state-less, class-less society. But like you said, our methods of going about is where we are different.
However, I may still be a bit foolish in all of the details in Communism and all of those branches like Lennism, Trotskyism, Marxism, etc. But hey, that's why I came here, right?
Thanks for the welcoming guys!
