The guy in the middle is Fidel Castro's younger brother Raul, who fought along side his brother, Che, and Camillo in the Revolution :che:

You can use .gif images as avatar (or post them) and .gif images can be moving.
(.png as well I believe)

you need adobe imageready to make .gif. im sure theres some free resources to make it aswell. it's pretty easy. i can make a Tutorial if you'd like one.
