SOA stands for "school of the Americas".This is where military from all over latin America are trained by the CIA and the us military !!!The fact that they are trained here in america isn't the problem.It's the technics that they are thought,that is disturbing !!

go to www.hiddeninplainsight.com it's a great documentary about the horrific acts the SOA has been accused of and of what is still going on today.
