That probaly isn't him. But anyways I saw a guy who looked just like how I would imagine redstar2000 would look. He was at this circle type thingy in my town war protesting. He had very frizzy, long , and dirty hair. He was wearing very old clothes and he almost looked like he was homeless. He looked like he was in his 60's maybe he wasa hippie back in the day. Maybe the hurrican pushed him up to illinois. I was gonna go ride my bike down to talk the the old fella' but it was about to rian so I backed off

Why is this surprising? New Orleans PD have been robbing homes, beating and stealing since day one. - and lying about it. Yet, what is new here guys? Authority figures have been stealing from the people since day one. Corporations, governments, local and federal. Its just more explicit now.

Now yahoo is trying to paint a brighter picture of pigs. One of the headlines currently running is based on how the cops suffer because their homes were washed away. I guarantee that they will be fully compensated, unlike many in the 9th Ward or any other poor areas.

Its actually standard procedure to plead not guilty, theres always a chance that magic "evidence" could pop up and proved them not guilty. I personally would have pleaded guilty too, no matter what the charge. But to agree with you, what was done was not right.

He claims he was sober. He said he was "Checking on his home in Storm Ravaged city, and was out to buy cigarettes in the French Quarter when an officer approached him and said he would "kick his ass" and preceeded to do so". Davis also said that he did not believe race was an issue.

I'm not sure it wasn't mentioned on the news but my interpretation of it was a cop shoving a bystander who was speaking out about them beating the guy. It sounded like the cop said "you're ruining my town"

That other bystander that the cops grabbed and pushed away was the TV producer for the news camera taking the video. It pissed them off that he was having the camera man film the beating.
