Free is nice but I might hold out until you get desperate and start offering free pints with every membership. Then I'll set up a handful of accounts :P

Well, yeh cant have active without inactive, just as you cant have darkness without light.

Not to mention, with a membership of 1 every 3.7 days since the first post - It dosnt compare too badly with the RSYM forum with 1 every 1.2 days since the first post. Take into account the advertising potential of 61 or so members in comparison to 8, pretty much inactive members. Its a good start if you ask me. The beginning is always the most difficult!!!! every forum starts off with ridicule - but in time.................. and, any attempt dosnt deserve ridicule in the first place.

If you cant make any positive comments then dont make any at all in this case.

My comment was meant as constructive criticism. There was never any invitation to the rsym/irsp to participate. It would obviously be busier if you had more people involved.

The IRSM has three boards I know of regularly used, rsym, derry irsp and the fluteband discussion board.

It's open to anyone from Ireland of a commiunist/socialist persuasion.

Fully my misunderstanding comrade  . I particularly like the IRSM board myself (though not a member). Know a few members of that board and the Irp's. Zip, no more said.......... ;)

Full respect - TRB

Sorry for such a late reply, extremely occupied - exams, the "festive season" etc.

Are you a member of Socialist Youth?

not a member of any party at the moment, I have no intentions of joining one in the near future - although too broad a statement, those who are members of political parties tend to be restricted (not fully) in their ability to choose their own "direction" politically, following the party trend.

Simply, their most politically influential and trusted source is the party for which they belong, even if the party is evidently wrong about a decision or stance, those who are members tend to follow, defend and support the cause of the party - naturally.

I have the experience of knowing many like this and seeing this for myself - not to mention that history has many examples.

IMO, the best "party" is ones own mind - sure, support the causes which you favour through protests and action - but one should never remain rigid within a parties strict red lines.

Sorry for my lack of activity on the CRMI, but I have a lot on my plate.

Im glad to see you have remained dedicated and continue to champion the cause.

I will be active in the near future on the CRMI. Lokking forward to it.!! :D

Neither of those statements is logically true.

Well sorry Mr. Spock, master of faultless logic - but that was just a phrase, not intended for close debate and scrutiny.
