Patchy

I'm going to keep this as short as possible because I want to get some sleep. The Dojo where I train at is located in our small towns Mall. They specialize in dirty street fighting, jui jitsu, tae kwondo and a few ohter styles I can't name all mashed into one. It's a family run place, and I'm adamant I can't find anything like what they teach anywhere else. They have big plans and the grand master is very proud of his accomplishment - It's his dream to teach his skills. However, the store "Ardenes" (Many of you may know of it) is located right beside them, and they're buying them out for the space.
Now here's what irks me. The Grand Master may very well be on his death bed. And these are on the forefront of his mind? His Dojo going down becase someone threw money at it. Everything he worked for down the drain.
Anyone have any experience with situations like this? Any ideas for me to use would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking get a massive petition, talk to the manager and explain the circumstances, and maybe even standing in front of it with as many members as I can round up (Theres almost 60, but most are kids).
