UPDATE: The Pentagon are investigating it (doubt much will come of that though), lawyers have said that it contravenes international law.

After I read it, I fantasized about all US soldiers losing their hands and other often-used bodyparts. I wondered if I would have given them time (2 days) to leave or just have their hands chopped of at ones. I like the idea.
