When does freedom of speech end and libel/slander Begin

Got to do this speech i nfront of my class.

Any ideas?

I'll probably just do a minute of the above topic and the other 14 on freedom of speech and expression in general about the The blogers handbook.

If you're going to make accusations it's a good idea to back them up with a reliable source. For example, if you're planning to say that Trotsky had 14 toes on each foot and his favourite meal was newborn babies, it's probably not a good idea to get your information from an extremely quasi-Fascist, Stalinist website.

(Just to cover my ass - I don't think even the most Trotsky-hating Stalinist would make this ludicrous claim. Also, I'm not suggesting that Stalinists are quasi-Fascist.)

Another reason for not making claims you can't back up is that you will look extremely foolish when your assertion cannot be followed up.
