There's been loads of books about May '68, what are the best?
I recently read The Explosion: Marxism and the French Revolution by Henri Lefebvre and Worker-Student Action Committees by Fredy Perlman and Ron Gregoire which are 2 very different but both excellent books. The Lefebvre book was particularly amazing, there were almost no everyday accounts (it's obvious that Lefebvre was not really an active participant), it was almost totally "theoretical". Still an excellent read. Gosh I love university libraries.
