Rudolf Hilferding's
Böhm-Bawerk's Criticism of Marx
Preface (http://www.marxists.org/subject/economy/authors/hilfer/preface.htm)
Chapter I (http://www.marxists.org/subject/economy/authors/hilfer/ch01.htm) Value as an Economic Category
Chapter II (http://www.marxists.org/subject/economy/authors/hilfer/ch02.htm) Value and Average Profit
Chapter III (http://www.marxists.org/subject/economy/authors/hilfer/ch03.htm) The Subjectivist Outlook
I have Hilferding and Böhm-Bawerk's book, I plan on reading them after I finish Capital. I also have Hilferding's "Finance Capital", many Marxists see that book as the 4th chapter of Capital, Lenin quotes extensively from it in his "Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism".
