Comrades,

I recently stumbled upon this site. It looked quite interesting, so I joined. I am a strong supporter of socialism. I am not sure which of the many leftist labels I will be given at this site, such as Stalinist, Trotskyite, Castroist, Guevaraist, Maoist, DeLeonist, etc. You'll just have to wait and see. I am not entirely certain which of the many groups best fits with my political views. Anyhow, I hope to contribute much to this forum.

Don't pledge yourself to some dogma. Labels like anarchist, Stalinist, and Trotskist divide us. Disunity within the left is our greatest weakness. If we unite, nothing will stop the fire of revolution.

Very much agreed. Our first goal is to move the vast majority into our ideological domain, then we can bicker about where to go from there, provided it doesn't shift them out. I'm pretty certain there will be at least one thing I disagree with with everyone here, but I have enough in common it seems with most here that I fit in with my fellow lefties. Isn't our unity more important than what divides us? Yes.

I did the mistake of labeling myself too soon. Politicial theory and practice are very complex things. The only thing I'll call myself is a Ferneeist, though I have left-communist tendancies although I sympathise for Castro.
