80 years old. I can't say I liked the man, but peace to his family. Losing a family member is always hard.

So it looks like Bush will get two judges

Pat Robertson recently said that he way praying that the members of the Supreme Court would die. Bet he wishes it had been someone more liberal, now.

Yeah I don't really see a large power shift here. Both open slots will be filled with people close to their predecessor's politicla ideology.
