There's a possibility it will never go low again for very long. Oil is a finite resource

You'll be arrested, and unless its a few protest within the hundreds, you won't make CTV or CBC or any news channel. They are too busy covering the 300 shooting gang war in Toronto.
You wanna know why gas is so high in Canada? CH in Hamilton did coverage of it. The Federal government is sending 94 million barrels a day to the United States. They are getting mass revenue because of this. However, they haven't opened any more oil caps in Alberta to supply the demand in Canada. So essentially you have less in Canada that is refined, and pumped, and then gas goes up. When gas goes up, the government makes more money. Canada is making a massive profit from this, raping their own people, and selling oil to the US.

How many people can you get to join you? Seven people are loonies; seven hundred have an opinion, but seven thousand are pissed off. It's all about numbers. And the media. Do you know anybody in the media? Place an ad in a newspaper- a call to arms, so to speak. Tell anybody when and where and make it at a time when people are most likely to have the time, and you should see results. Also, seven hundred people can't be arrested.

High gas taxes are good. We need to to limit our personal comsumption of gas, and high gas prices are a good way of "forcing" alternative energy sources and tranportation means upon the people.
Protesting a gas station would no nothing about the high gas prices. Maybe your dad should sell his truck and find another job. That way he wouldnt have to worry about paying for gas or his polluting of the environment, since that is what hes doing with his truck.

What a tragedy. Stop crying you baby, you are lucky you even own a car, and live where you do. There are people in this world who have it alot worse than you do.
