i am writing a paper on it for class. i already know the bascics of the act such as imprisoning "terrorists" for any amount of time, not let them tell anyone where thay are, not allowed to defend themselves or have an attorney and basicaly no Miranda rights. ect
but i would like to learn more plus any info on the homeland security act
