Suicide bombings:
Take a young Palestinian man, a desperate and poor refugee dweller, from Gaza who lives in horrendous conditions and is forced into a miserable enclave - all of it imposed by Israel - who straps dynamite around himself and detonates it in a crowd of civilians. I don't condone or agree with it, but it is understandable. It is understandable from the point of view of a human being who feels himself being crowded out of life and all of his surroundings, who sees his fellow Palestinians, his parents, sisters, and brothers suffering, being injured and killed. He wants to do something, to strike back. That can be understood as the act of a truly desperate person trying to free himself from unjustly imposed conditions. Living in an enviornment so hopeless and unbearable, that death is perceived as the only escape. It's not something I agree with, but at least I can understand it. When you look at the horrendous economic and political conditions under which Palestinians have lived for generations, it is easy to understand why suicide bombers would exist.
Also, keep in mind, suicide bombings are a relatively recent phenomenon. They started only about 10 years ago. The Zionist media just highlight the suicide bombings yet make no mention of the brutal occupation and Israeli STATE terrorism that CAUSES them. For over 50 years the Palestinians have been living under the gun: dispossessed of their land, massacred, and displaced from their homes, yet the media only chooses to highlight the suicide bombings and ignore their plight for over 50 years.
So are American blacks less desperate, so they don't blow themselves up?
