I found this on slashdot.org a few days ago. It details how to turn a laser-printer into a paper shreader. I'm sure anyone with technical knowledge that figure a way to mod a different type of printer into a shreader.

Depends where you set it up. If you work in a corprate office (as a after-hours janitor or something) you could fuck up buissness for a bit.

Because a printer doesn't work and shreads papers?

Lets say some poorly paid worker has to print off an important document for their boss at work. They have been working there for years now, and are still in a shit job though it is the only company hiring them.
When they cannot print this important file and are fired, it will be pretty ugly.

I doubt they would be fired. People are more rational then that.

How many menial office workers do you think are really working directly for the bourgeoisie? Firing people isn't worthwhile unless it is profitable or fits another agenda.
