What a system we have. Today, in my home country, a yob who was full of drugs when he fired a pellet gun and killed a boy of 2 was sentenced to life....a life sentence of 13 years!!!!!!!!!!!! . Where is the justice? This man actually did go out to harm, it has been reported....how can he only be sentenced to 13 years, which means he'll probably be out in 7 years?

In my opinion, a life sentence should be a life sentence. if you are sentenced to life, you die in prison. How can the courts put guesses on how long people will live? This boy was 2....does that mean he would only have lived til he was 15?

I look forward to the day a socialist government comes to power in Britain and changes our judicial system for the better. or at least i can dream!

well look. I think that prison ahs to eb about rehabilitiation more than anyhting else. I mean sure that waas a stupid and dangerous thing to do but are yous erisuly suggesting that this guy should be in jail until he dies for it?

he showed no remorse, after he shot the boy he praised himself for such a great shot....yes he should die in prison. Some people cant be rehabilitated. He's also a drug addict...there's more drugs in prison than there is in society!
