I'm starting this page to see what others think about a country having a 4 level communism. This an idea I constantly have when walking around my school. If anyone is interested in this, post a reply and I will get more descriptive.

Like I said, your idea of a four-level communism is highly flawed.
You cannot pay one man more than another, that is completely un-communistic. The idea is that each person can equaly contribute by doing his duty, reward should not be more or less money, that simply perpetuates the materialistic motivation found in American stoday. You cannot motivate a man to take up a "not-fun job" over a "fun job" by paying him more. How the hell can the government or the union or whoever decides on a salary decide what is and what isn't a fun job?

The argument can only continue in the same vein. People are, and will for a long time into communist society be PARTIALLY motivated by financial rewards. Why would you pretend otherwise?
And as I pointed out in the previous thread, WE ALREADY KNOW the fun jobs...it ain't rocket science to figure out that rocket science is more fun than sewer cleaning.
But financial motivating is hardly even the main point...the main point is that the people who do the hard and dirty work that keeps ANY social order functioning SHOULD get the big bucks as a matter of fundamental JUSTICE!

Eventually we, the people, will stop being driven by money. We will be motivated by the desire for utopia.

Unfortunatly the mass wants money and not an utopia.
The mass thinks that they can reach an personal utopia by gathering as much money as possible.
One of the problems in the old soviet union was that no one felt responsible for doing anyting. The ppl weren't much motivated to work hard.
That's way I think you should have a sort of rewarding system for hard work and not the ammount of work you do. Not really clear( my english sux)
Example:
-Factory
a normal man fit, can easily produce lets say 100 workunits, but due to lack of motivation he only produces 60
-an invalide man, can produce 50 workunits and he is very motivated and produces the full 50.
In a normal system the first guy receives more money and rewarding than the second guy, while the second guy works harder. The second guy noticing that he works harder ,but cause of his handicap he cant possibly produce as much as the first guy and doesnt even get rewarded for his hard work will eventually loose his motivation.

You can't use the soviet union as an example. The people were denyed basic freedoms. How can anyone be motivated in a system that is designed to break your free-will?
The stages of communism are designed to slowly wean people off the desire for material possesions.

Not all labor is equal. The less desireable jobs should have higher benefits, be it money or otherwise, because our society isn't moving right towards Utopia the second it becomes communist/socialist if it ever does.
