If I were a gamboling man, I'd bet the recruits were members of the death squads trained at the School of the America's.

Not only that but Negroponte was chosen to be Ambassador to Iraq because he supported death squads in Central America thru-out the 1980s.

Typical U$ strategy, getting others to fight their war for them. Colombia has long been their studge in latin america.

yeah, that way they can keep the war going at length without getting the dead soldier's mothers and middle-America up in arms. They're going for a quiet dirty war now.

indeed, Negroponte has served as a stellar henchmen for the Reagan/Bushes administrations. he not only supported the death squads, but created, recruited and trained them himself & then covered them up.

There have been some reports of this in the past at www.democracynow.org. With that said I am not surprised. They can get away with a lot more because it is harder to place blame on the employer criminal. Which in this case is the USA.
