SYDNEY (Reuters) - Scientists in Australia's tropical north are collecting blood from crocodiles in the hope of developing a powerful antibiotic for humans, after tests showed that the reptile's immune system kills the HIV virus.

The crocodile's immune system is much more powerful than that of humans, preventing life-threatening infections after savage territorial fights which often leave the animals with gaping wounds and missing limbs.

"They tear limbs off each other and despite the fact that they live in this environment with all these microbes, they heal up very rapidly and normally almost always without infection," said U.S. scientist Mark Merchant, who has been taking crocodile blood samples in the Northern Territory.

Initial studies of the crocodile immune system in 1998 found that several proteins (antibodies) in the reptile's blood killed bacteria that were resistant to penicillin, such as Staphylococcus aureus or golden staph, Australian scientist Adam Britton told Reuters on Tuesday. It was also a more powerful killer of the HIV virus than the human immune system.

"If you take a test tube of HIV and add crocodile serum it will have a greater effect than human serum. It can kill a much greater number of HIV viral organisms," Britton said from Darwin's Crocodylus Park, a tourism park and research center.

Britton said the crocodile immune system worked differently from the human system by directly attacking bacteria immediately an infection occurred in the body.

"The crocodile has an immune system which attaches to bacteria and tears it apart and it explodes. It's like putting a gun to the head of the bacteria and pulling the trigger," he said.

For the past 10 days Britton and Merchant have been carefully collecting blood from wild and captive crocodiles, both saltwater and freshwater species. After capturing a crocodile and strapping its powerful jaws closed the scientists extract blood from a large vein behind the head.

"It's called a sinus, right behind the head, and it's very easy just to put a needle in the back of the neck and hit this sinus and then you can take a large volume of blood very simply," said Britton.

The scientists hope to collect enough crocodile blood to isolate the powerful antibodies and eventually develop an antibiotic for use by humans.

"We may be able to have antibiotics that you take orally, potentially also antibiotics that you could run topically on wounds, say diabetic ulcer wounds; burn patients often have their skin infected and things like that," said Merchant.

However, the crocodile's immune system may be too powerful for humans and may need to be synthesized for human consumption.

"There is a lot of work to be done. It may take years before we can get to the stage where we have something to market," said Britton.

it is good news but you have to watch that these developers dont cut coners and develope a drug thats more harm than good. Because i was talking to my sister the other day who is a bio-chemist and she sayed inventing a drug that would cure something like alzimers (excuse the spelling) would bring the developer millions so making a drug to cure HIV would bring in a lot of money (im talking billions) so cuting coners and not testing properly might be seen as "acceptable"

On my way to Amsterdam, I talked with a doctor about diseases. He mentioned something about cultivating a certain cancer strain that, when introduced into an HIV-positive host, attacks the virus, kills it, and then self-destructs. I thought that was pretty fuckin' cool, too.

Yes! This is exactly how the lauric acid in coconut oil works to kill HIV, by ripping it apart, which in turn makes the body more alert in taking out the virus.

What is the makeup of crocodile blood, because I wonder if they carry good amounts of lauric acid in their bodies?

Also, on a similar note, Cuban researchers discovered a Cancer serum which is extracted from a scorpian that only lives in Cuba and I think one other country. While it doesn't cure cancer it does complete stop it from growing.

On May 11, 1987, a highly important AIDS story appeared on the front page of The London Times, one of the world's most respected newspapers. The headline ran, "Smallpox vaccine triggered AIDS virus." A WHO official admitted, "Now I believe the smallpox vaccine theory is the explanation for the explosion of African AIDS." Robert Gallo added, "The link between the WHO program and the epidemic is an interesting and important hypothesis. I cannot say it actually happened but I have been saying for some years that the use of live vaccines such as that used for smallpox can activate a dormant infection such as HIV."

Rappoport was mystified as to why no mention of the smallpox story appeared in the major U. S. media. He contacted spokespersons for the Associated Press in Boston, Washington and New York; Reuters at the United Nations; and United Press International in New York. All the agencies "said they had heard nothing of the story out of London."

During the years 1966-1977, the WHO administered 24,000 million doses (2.4 billion) of smallpox vaccine worldwide. Could any of these vaccine batches contain a genetically engineered virus designed for biowarfare purposes? According to Allan Chase's Magic Shots, "The Soviet Union donated 140 million doses; the United States 40 million doses; twenty other nations combined to donate another 220 million doses" The remaining two billion doses of vaccine were made in newly established labs in third world countries, with the help of WHO specialists.

They need to explain why crocodile blood kills HIV on the spot. It says that crocs have several proteins that kill HIV. But what are these proteins that they fail to mention? There really is a cure without having to use crocodiles, and that is the amino acid lauric acid. The body takes this protein and uses it to its max potential, turning it into monolaurin. Since HIV is lipid coated virus, it attaches itself to this and, as noted by these chemists with their croc blood, it tears the virus apart. This can easily be obtained through coconuts. Just look up on google about coconuts vs HIV and you will find many more studies on this than from croc blood. They didn't mention what proteins did it, so basically, using croc blood is just another way to make a patent, for them to make money, when really it can be found in coconut oil. And this misinformation about coconut oil and saturated fat is what makes people scared to start taking this for their immunity.

I would not doubt that the proteins of this crocodile contain this amino acid, which these chemists are not telling us.

During my talks in Las Vegas last weekend I revealed a few things about
aids that I have been keeping close to my chest. I have already
revealed that I saw that AIDS was man made to eleminate the undesirable
elements of society while I was attached to Naval Security and

The first study was made in 1957 by scientists meeting in Huntsville
Alabama. That study resulted in "Alternative 3." Another study was made
by the Club of Rome in 1968 to determine the limits to growth. The

shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously
curtailed. Several Top Secret recommendations were made to the ruling
elite by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. The chief
recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the auto
immune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible.
The orders were given to develop the microbe and to also develop a
cure and a prophylactic. The microbe would be used against the general
population and would be introduced by vaccine administered by the
World Health Organization. The prophylactic was to be used by the
ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when they
decide that enough people have died. It will be announced as newly
developed. This plan was called Global 2000. The cure and the
prophylactic are suppressed. Funding was obtained from the U.S.
Congress under H.B. 15090 where $10 million was given to the Department
of Defense to produce "a synthetic biological agent, an agent that
does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have
been acquired." "Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be
possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in
certain important aspects from any known disease causing organisms.


Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the
immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to
maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease." The project was
carried out at Fort Detrick Maryland. Since large populations were to
be decimated the ruling elite decided to target the "undesirable
elements of society" for extermination. Specifically targeted were the
black, hispanic, and homosexual populations. The name of the project
that developed AIDS is MKNAOMI. The African continent was infected via
smallpox vaccine in 1977. The U.S. population was infected in 1978 with

I think certain kinds of crocs are endangered, but that doesn&#39;t matter because I am pretty sure geneticists can make millions of copies of proteins and deposit them into a gene library in a day or so.

At least I&#39;m reading between the lines of this supposed cure for HIV. The fact that these proteins are not being revealed is bullshit. I am confident that there are amino acids out there that can do the same, that dont have to be synthesized like this crocodile blood.

Sure, it sounds "cool", but do you really expect me to believe all that? Where did this individual get this information from? Do you have any other source which is consistent with this one (without using this as the source for the information)? Do you expect me to believe that some guy "pledged not to use the prophylactic and

contract the disease"? Or that "The prophylactic was to be used by the
ruling elite"? How does this particular part of the "plan" works? If a quick google search brings up this site (http://www.thewatcherfiles.com/william_cooper.htm) in which the guy talks about "US Governments involvement with the aliens" and about how "the three committees are made up exclusively of members
of all different secret groups that make up the Illuminati, the
