Votes are counted -- in public -- by the Young Pioneers (sort of like the boy scouts).

See above. The Young Pioneers watch the ballot boxes, and then count the votes in front of the public.

Before the Cuban revolution, how many percent of the companies existing in Cuba were owned by foreigners? How many were owned by the US (ie the american bourgeois), by percentage?
